Borsch’t was a new branch of a Borsh restaurant located in Vilnius, Lithuania. In years 2017-2018 Borsch’t branch bistro was situated in a newly built Benedikto market which architecture was inspired by eastern architecture styles. Borsch’t restaurant-bistro’s brand design inherited the style of the market building.
Borsch (Borscht) is an Ukrainian traditional dish which recipe includes beetroots. Client’s wish was to include a detailed patterned beetroot into the Logo.

Borsch’t restaurant-bistro’s brand design inherited the style of the market building.
Benedikto market building
Benedikto market architecture concept inherited eastern countries architecture style. All the stores inside the market have unique and common to the whole building interior design elements. This is why there were several design and size restrictions for the facade.
The Borsch’t bistro had been open in Benedikto market in 2017-2018. In the middle of 2018 due to the financial problems and co-owners conflict this bistro changed the owner and its name. All the designs except the LOGO were provided to Borsch’t in credit and were not paid for. Based on this I have all the rights for the designs and Borsch’t or the other company using these files do it illegaly and has no right to claim the copyright.
